I was an opportunity youth. From an honor student cheerleader and creative arts teen with big goals of being a New York City Manhattan acquisition lawyer to getting an GED and desiring a child at 17.  I wanted a family.  

What happen you may ask? Systemic generational discrepancies and unstoppable repeated trauma in a very rural town with a population of approximately 450. I fought to move forward without a strong support system. As a 19-year-old single mom, I walked to college from my one-bedroom apartment in "the projects". I understand the battle of fighting to break the system of poverty. I joined the military and purchased my first home at 22 years old.

I understand the struggles of the systemic generational issues that impact our communities. As a consultant with over 20 years of experience in workforce development, management, and program analysis, and communications management, I've combatted the systems in partnership with cornerstone agencies and as boots on the ground consultant. I’ve solved programs on regional levels with chambers, mayors' youth programs, school districts, community organizations, foster programs, and organizations that serve youth with disabilities. I’ve served on the board with decision-makers and taught over 40,000 teens the information inside.
